The Resident, starring Hilary Swank is a psychological thriller about a recently separated doctor searching for a new place to live after breaking up with the love of her life. You think finding love is hard, finding an affordable place to live in New York is even harder...when a dream flat opens up in her price range (conveniently overlooking the East River and skyline of Manhattan) Swank jumps on the offer. Later come to find out, her hunky new beau, and landlord, played by Jefferey Dean Morgan, has a different agenda with his new tenant.
It's every persons' worst nightmare, thinking you're alone in your apartment and you're really not...
